Our AI platform powers our flagship Engineering Fellowship, helping engineers from non-traditional and historically underrepresented backgrounds get hired at the worldβs top tech companies. In 2024, we helped our engineers increase their compensation by an average of over $127K. We have over 400 active engineers on the platform and are growing fast.

Michael was a Principal level engineer at Facebook for 8+ years where he held the proud accomplishment of being top committer in the Facebook codebase of all time. He now leads our diverse engineering team to deliver the Formation platform.
Daniel has 20+ years of engineering experience at Microsoft and Facebook, where he helped create the original Jedi (behavioral) interview process. He now leads our instruction team at Formation.
